Over the years I have reflected on what it means to be in ministry. As a result of this I have prayerfully developed a ministry philosophy. These are the things I try to do as a part of my daily life. It is all about inching people towards Jesus and encouraging them to do to things to help them grow in their faith and trust in Christ.

1. I encourage people to trust Jesus for their salvation
2. I encourage people to read the Bible daily
3. I encourage people to pray everyday
4. I encourage people to meet with other Christians
5. I encourage people to seek God’s will for their lives
6. I encourage Christians to share their faith
7. I encourage people to have more family time
8. I encourage people to be generous
9. I encourage people to live a life that reflects their faith in Jesus

For me this encouragement process happens when I preach, in my writings and when I am one one one with people. I guess in many ways it is about sowing into peoples lives so they can sow into other peoples lives too.
