Mentoring

Just heard a great interview about mentoring on 98.5 Sonshine FM with Rodney Olsen and Ross Clifford.
For me this is one of the key components of anyone who is in leadership. I believe if you are a leader, it is your responsibility to mentor and bring the next generation of leaders on. I also think it is vital to place yourself under bigger leaders who can mentor you too!
